It all began during the COVID-19 pandemic, over a simple cup of tea. As our family sat together, we couldn’t ignore the challenges unfolding around us. Farmers in Nepal were watching their fresh, high-quality produce go to waste without a market to sell it to. Meanwhile, friends abroad, especially in countries like the USA, were struggling to find quality food amidst the crisis.

That conversation sparked something in us—a shared belief that we could make a difference. What if we could connect these dots? What if we could bring the untouched, natural foods of the Himalayas to people around the world, while supporting the farmers back home?

With that idea, True Himalayan Foods. was born. We didn’t start this company just as a business. It began as a family mission to build a bridge—one that connects the abundance of Nepal’s rich, Himalayan-grown foods with the global need for healthy, quality produce.
